Accommodations
Situated on a 1/3 acre corner lot in a neighborhood a few blocks from the sugar-white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico gives you the privacy and space you need for relaxing and the proximity to all of the action you need for recreation. You’ll have 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large living-dining-kitchen with a queen sleeper sofa, and the best front porch on the beach. Your beach access is within walking distance, but it has a parking lot, if you prefer to drive. Our charter fishing boat, The Southern Hooker, is close by at Treasure Island Marina, if you’re planning to fish with us or just want to come check out the catch. Restaurants, shops, amusement parks, watercraft rentals, etc. abound on nearby Thomas Drive.
YOur rooMs
You’ll have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is sleeping space for up to 6, with a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 single beds (trundle) in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Whether you need solitude or companionship to recharge, you’ll find multiple spaces for either. With the fully stocked kitchen and multiple dining areas, you can feed the few or the many. You’ll have WIFI and desk space you need in the living room and master bedroom, if you must mix business with pleasure. However, we usually find most of our guests out on the front porch.

A full-sized washer and dryer with starter detergent and dryer sheets. There's even an iron and ironing board.

#12A If you don't feel like walking, the beach access with parking is only 3 short blocks away
Paradise:
Chairs, umbrella, towels, and floats are provided. You know what to do.
Fishing
Just bring your food and drinks and the Southern Hooker crew will take care of the rest.
